I feel optimistic even though it's early days. I'm going to start cleaning my flat slowly and find my old tv since I sold my new one for drugs. My step dad is taking me to a drug help centre hopefully on Monday. So I'm making the first steps. It's only early days but I feel proud of myself already. I hope I can do this. Thankyou all for supporting me in my previous posts. I can't wait to tell my support worker! She will be happy for me I hope. My parents are sceptical but I hope I can prove to them that I am strong enough and that I can do this.

Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Good for you!! If you don't mind me asking, what are you addicted to?? I'm about 2 1/2 months sober and it wasn't easy physically or mentally. Just warning, it gets worst before it gets better. You may find yourself craving hard at times and feel anxiety. Just come here and let it out. Good luck to you!
