Reflecting on some situations I have gotten into, reading some old posts I posted a long, long time ago about drug related stuff.
And I had a major moment of clarity as too why being like that was very dangerous to my person. Wow is all I have to say. |

That kind of insight can be startling and incredibly motivating.

rainbozz, good for you! I have had a few brief moments here and there...they can be a little startling but positive all at the same time.

Rainbowzz aren't those moments overwhelming?
![]() Its important to remember where we came from, to remind us of why we're sober. Its wonderful to pull gratitude from it, rather than dwell on it in morbid reflection. Sometimes I find myself getting sad over the old days, and I have to instantly remind myself to be grateful that those days are over!!!! ((((( Rainbowzz ))))))
