I'm 23 years old and started smoking when I was 13....omg, 10 years. I didn't even think of that till somebody mentioned it to me....what the hell!

I better quit soon before it becomes 15-20 years and I end up becoming ill like my grandmother.

Just take it easy on yourself when you decide to quit. Addictions aren't easily given up, even if we want them to be.
