Its been 3 yrs( as of yesterday) since I was taken to the hospital when I was in a bad depression. And I think even though it was the hardest thing to go thru at the time. Its helped me in the long run. I've come a long way and proud of it too!! Wow Just realized....

good. its good to hear people that take their tragedies as a blessing instead of a burden. i used to feel that way. then i realized, i like who i am, and if something had been different, i wouldnt be the way i am. so im thankful for everything in my past no matter how low it got at times.

Yeah as time goes on more.. I find I think the same way. Its better to try to turn the bad things into positive things. Learn and grow from it.Its not always the easy road and it can take a long time. But its so worth it in the end. Wow Just realized....

Awwwwww shuckydarn lol (((((((((((((((( KD)))))))))))))))))))) Thanks.. I've had my moments as you well know.. ahem.. but uhhmmm.. thats all in the past I hope and I am so glad that I've kept up with being here and going to therapy. You know.. I'm still working on this.. but one thing I've learned from you is to not be afraid to ask for help here. It can be rather humbling sometimes... but I am so glad I did. If I hadnt asked for help... I dont think I could have done as well as I am today. Now I'm crying.. happy tears that is.. lol what a goof I am lol hahhaaa.

Sweetsunshine,

I'm glad you can look back on the experience and see how far you come. I haven't been a member of PC very long, but I can tell you're a valued member here. It's strange where our journey's take us sometimes, but we can learn amazing things on the trip even if it is really hard at times.
