Are you talking about alcohol or "toxic" substances in general, though?

I don't drink. I do other things, like cigarettes and... Have quit, then started again... I like to smoke :-)

I've been too freaked out to smoke since this lump in my mouth started growing again about three weeks ago, though I officially quit a while before that.
Before Christmas I was sober for about a month, then I screwed up a few times. But I'm back on the bandwagon again starting New Year's Day. So almost another month.
The only pills I've popped have been Ibuprophen for my back, and that's because the nurse told me to... been tryin to cut back on all of that stuf too. So all in all, I've been pretty clean and sober.

I'm so happy for you. Keep it up.
