It's a mental obession!!! I've been there...just don't smoke a minute at a time...turn that into an hour...and a day....and soon you'll be free. And reach out to others who have been through it for emotional support. I love you, L...you know that.
Love and peace,
Kathy

that is the first step for breaking the addiction, L !!! .. when we recognize that it has us, not the other way around. the obsession will take us wherever it wants us to go, not where we would like to go. keep posting about this, it will help, as will replies you receive from others. you're not a bad person, you're a sick person trying to get well. we all care for you here..you are far more special than you realize right now. hang in there and kitten's suggetion was a good one. space out the time you smoke. break the cycle. know that it will "call" you but ignore it's promises of making you feel better. it is a false promise. you can become free of this yoke around your neck and be you again. i'm always here for you. i think you know that.

Yeah I have. I've been smoking green almost everyday sine I was 12, I'm 21 now, not smoked for 3weeks and this is the longest I've managed.
It definitely does take a hold of people, I know lots of people who maybe won't admit it does but at the same time they go mental when there's none about.
I suggest a change of scenary for a week or so, if you can get away, to kick start the process. It's much easier then. Try fill up your day if you can't get away, the more distracted you are the better.
When you stop don't expect to sleep for a week or so and also expect to sweat quite a bit aswell as the mental stuff. It's not pleasant but I think it's worth it.

Goodluck! xx

is it possible, you just have a addictive personality ?

imo... there could be medical value in it, but as with everything.....moderation is key, everything has potential for abuse to those with a addictive personality

synthetic forms are avalible, but I hear they have side effects that the natural does not, and really do not give the same effects

talk to your doctor about it,imo...if you feel comfortable with that
