Hi I'm recovering from anorexia and in therapy. Slowly gaining weight but I'm finding that I constantly feel anxious about the whole change process and just llife in general. Has anyone else got this problem and do you think it would be neccesery to go to my Dr to request medication for it? Or do you think it will pass just finding that its almost the only thing I'm feeling at the minute

I think you should talk to a dr... anxiety is normal, but because you are recovering and in therapy, i think it would really assist you in dealing and make recovery faster. i would talk to t about it, and see what he/she says about it. if they think it is a good idea, you could ask them for a referral to a pdoc
