For me over the past while it's been getting worse. I haven't eaten since Monday and I decided I've just had enough. I want to get better, go back to the way I was before, be able to look at food and say "You know what, I'll take that". I went to a teacher that I really trust and I told him about it. We talk whenever I want or need to say something and he's really supportive. He's trying to help me recover. Tomorrow he's taking me to Subway to try and get me to eat. It's small steps but it makes all the difference. He also talked to some other teachers who know a bit more( he didn't bring up my name though because I didn't want him to) and tomorrow we're going to talk about what we can do. He wants me to go to a doctor and explain things, he said he'd even go with me for support. I just don't know if I'm ready for that yet though..But I'm glad that I finally reached out, because it really is helping.

Sometimes just finding someone who cares in one's life can make the difference of whether we even feel like eating in the first place. When we live a life where we feel that no one cares......it's stressful & stress either take the appetite away or goes in the opposite direction for some where food is their comfort.

That was very brave of you! Baby steps are the easiest to take... just don't try to eat way too much at once or you'll wind up getting sick. Try eating small amounts about 5 to 6 times a day.. You can do this!
