My carpal tunnel syndrome is really bothering me today. My right hand has a constant tingle in it. I could easily panic and think I had a stroke, but now I remember I didn't take my anti-A/D med yesterday. I've already called myself a stupid $hit because of it. Great internal dialog! GEEZ!

Hubby is gone today and tomorrow and I feel like spending the two days in bed. Why?? I should be planning all the fun things I can do without him here! Like take a shower with the bathroom door open and run around the house to air dry! Ok, my turn... (I'm extremely modest!!) I slept in the wrong position last night and now all my joints are creaking at me and pounding away on my nerve endings! DAAAUM!!! Ok, my turn...

Did I take my meds yet today??? Ok, my turn... Crap on a stick!!! ggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

"crap on a stick made me giggle" I like to air dry too. Love it when the kids are out so I am more relaxed about it. Hey girl, I forgot meds last night and today kept feeling like I was in an elevator! Weird! Ya know my dear, being in bed for 2 days is not a crime. Watch movies, read, sleep, write, go to oblivian. It's okay and restorative in my humble opinion.

"Crap on a stick" made me LOL the first time I heard it... some 40 yrs ago.

Well, I've been in bed watching TV since I posted. Tylenol isn't touching the arthritis. Ok, my turn...

At least the wind has died down quite a bit and the breeze we're getting now feels like it's more from the ocean than the desert. Wind is bad enough, but HOT WIND!? Pleeeeeze.... noooooooooooo............ Ok, my turn...

While I was watching TV, I felt like the bed went from side to side once or twice. Nothing else moved, so I guess it's the low amount of meds, still. Ok, my turn... Took a whole Klonopin instead of half of one. Anxiety seems to be lifting, thank God. Only some things make me feel panicky now instead of everything. Ok, my turn...

I want my mommy... Ok, my turn...

Thanks for responding, WW. I was beginning to think that no one loves me. Ok, my turn...

Never think that! I get home late from work and come on. Can't get on any earlier. By the way, tylenol not touching arthritis? Did you try Larry Hoover's suggestion about tumeric in a cup of hot water? It's worth a shot. I keep looking for it at the grocer but I think I will have to go the health food co-op as I quess it's not a real popular spice. After I posted about staying in bed I remembered that too much bed makes my back worse so drink a lot of water so you have to get up and pee a lot so your muscles get exercise! Don't I just have an answer for everything? Hope the anxiety is fading. Your doing good.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ok, my turn... Thankfully, I don't have any turmeric! LOL I can't imagine drinking it. BLECH!! Guess the pain wasn't THAT bad, eh?

BTW, I found my sense of humor today. Ok, my turn...

My friends here helped me find my sense of humor today, Julia. The pain is still there but today I can laugh at it. Maybe my "happy pills" are working now, you think? Ok, my turn... LOL
