I know how you feel, I use to do this really bad. I would just tell myself that everything is going to be ok. Did she take a cell phone with her so that you can check on her?

Hi I could have written this post. I also suffer greatly like this regarding my children. I have gotten a bit better now and try to tell myself that these fears are mine and my children are not feeling the same fears I am feeling, they are fears I had myself as a child. I have to talk these fears through though with my therapist, not once, but many times. If I didn't I'd miss out on just enjoying my kids enjoying their lifes and I was afraid I'd pass my insecurities onto them also. |

![]() I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you." Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure. Can't stop you from praying and blessing me, and if that makes you feel better feel free. ![]() But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me. And let's all respect each other's feelings. With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings." ![]() |
