Ok, Not to jinx myself, plus not to seem like an anoyance, but I am damn proud of myself. I just handled a situation at work that involved some extream anxiety, but I accomplished it like a pro. This same situation would have had me in tears two days ago in the corner and today I did it! WOW!
I owe alot of this to my docs, but some goes out to you guys with support that I have gotten and I hope this will let others know that this can be done! I know that I still have a long road to travel and I may be right back where I was next week, but for right now this is a big step and I can do it.

Yep, congratulate yourself for even your little accomplishments and feel free to come in here and toot your own horn anytime. Celebration is always a good thing.

Thanks for the support guys! I still have the fear and anxiety, but I am doing better the last couple of days. I know that it will be a roller coaster, but i gota look at the good times and bright times right now. I and I guess we all need to highlight our good times that way we can realize there is a light at the end of that tunnel.
I have had some pretty scary times the last few months and hope to not see anymore, but I am glad to know everyone is here when I need them and hope I can be there for anyone else who needs me.
