LOL He's a chili pepper. I thought he was a carrot until I clicked on him and it comes up : chili :

I have a timer on my desk, the wind-up kind, and he dances in exact time with the ticka, ticka, ticka noise. It's too funny. It's Monday

hi chi.........pull out those good thoughts, and the "SO WHAT IF''S, stay in the present, do it one minute at a time. Please remember that the anxiety and panic beasts do not like people are willing to accept the feelings and work through them - they are really only interested in folks who get freaked out by the feelings. I remember so many times just sitting down and saying "I know u are gonna bite me in the butt soon, so go ahead and do it so I can move on"....and nothing happened. It's all in our thoughts .....so if we keep them positive, open for whatever may come, "IT" won't come ! Keep on keepin on !!!!
