I hate it beacuse its out of controll and nothing is helping it not even the medication.

Why don`t you try to figure out possible reasons for your anxiety. There is always something we can detect. Notice situations or thoughts you have before anxiety getting worse.
The clue is always inside, in our minds. Maybe you can find the trigger for your condition , than analyse it...
Just don`t give up. my anxiety is out of controll

Hi Strebe, I went through that years ago and it was sooooo scarey. my anxiety is out of controll I'm sorry you're going through it.
You will get past it-eventually.
What helped me what massage therapy. I don't know if that'll help you or not, though.
Hope you find something to ease it.
