I don't know what this is but it affects me so deeply

Everything, sight, sound, smell, touch, words, emails, objects, all day long remind me of the past

I am terrified and obsessed with the fear of aging and dying and all day long I get these memories of the past and long to be back there

It is set off by anything

and not bad memories, good ones, just reminding me that time is passing by

anyone else get this?

hey has something terrible happened to you in your past? Something that affected you? Maybe this is one of the reasons youre going through this... I have an issue im a teenager, i am very close to my mom but i made a mistake and i feel guilty, should i tell my mom about it? Or is it ok if i move on and learn from this mistake? I prefer not telling my mom but is it wrong?

((((feary))))

We know this is happening feary, and so many times you have said the same thing. When you don't get the responses you feel you should you start another post.

((((feary)))) hon we are all aging and moving towards the finality. That is what life is about and it is more than time that you got a therapist who is prepared to stick with you through all this.

The only way you cannot improve is if you consciously choos not to. I was like you and I know how hard it is, but I know the wonderful victory of taking that first step out, that first free breath not being enslaved by fear by terror.

We know how harsh the divorce has been on you and how devastated you are hon...tell me please did you have any problems with your mental health before your marriage broke up? This is something that I think is a very important question....we have to get you moving forward in some way and there has to be a starting point.

((((hugs))))

Rhiannon

Perhaps you miss all the wonderful things that make life exciting and full, so this is your way of remembering that life can be so good.
