I for some reason always feel stressed out, I dont know why but I feel like its eating me away, I am in grade twelve but age has nothing to do with it. I cry almost every day, and well I hate constantly worrying about every single thing that goes on around my life. I cant stop thinking bout it either, cant block anything out no matter how hard i try

Hi shooting.star,

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Anxiety is a tough feeling to have, especially if it's occuring during most of the day. Two questions that come to mind are: Do you have a pdoc and/or therapist, and are you on any medications? I ask this because therapy and meds can really help feelings of anxiety & panic.

Personally, I used to have panic attacks almost every day until I started on seroquel. However, everyone is different so you should consult with your psychiatrist about how you've been feeling.

That being said, I hope you are feeling better soon.
