I am sorry you are going through this. You can get through it though. You need to find a therapist. Also, there are drugs out there that can help you w/the anxiety. I couldn't leave the house for four years, but I did get through it and I do go out all the time. Don't give up. Look for a therapist today and move forward. Don't be stuck. Hang in there. It will get better.
Thanks for this!

Magickal Woman

When will you allow yourself to simply release into this place the things that you feel? You are so loved and so cared for and yet cannot allow yourself to be held by others for even a moment because to you it is showing a weakness you feel you cannot allow others to see

No one else sees it as a weakness in you and they wish to help and support you in their own way. Please allow us to support you, allow us to hold you while you need holding. Let us show you some of the love that you have shown us

You are truly magickal and truly special to so many

With love to you

Morgana

Hello SunsetSunrise, I'm sorry that you're experiencing anxiety at this time. I too started having a lot of anxiety at the beginning of the summer and found it very troublesome. Being new here I don't know if it is permissable to mentiion meds, but my psychdoc put me on one-half of l mg ativan 3 times per day when I needed it. By now I'm on just one of those each morning. Thus I would say to check with your psychdoc and see whether he/she would recommend a med for you to take. I hope life settles down for you real soon.
Thanks for this!

thank you Sundog, Kiffygirl and pditty. I appreciate your words.
Kiffygirl, yes its very permissable to mention meds here. Its done all the time Thanks for the info. I currently take buspar. And klonapin, as needed. As well as some suppliments prescribed by my naturopath. Without them all, things would be much worse.

Sundog, I am always grateful to read your words. Your hugs are a welcome sight !!! pditty, I think you are doing great. you are not allowing this conditon to completely take you over.

Today I am going to the Shaman. Hopefully she will be able to help a bit. Although I am going to her for help with the physical damage that the anxiety has caused. I only go as a very last resort, because of the cost. And its a 45 minute drive ( much of which is on the interstate ) to get to her office. But she comes from a place of love / heart, and is good with knowledge and healing ability.

Sending safe hugs for all who would like them ((((hugs46, Rhiannon, Morgana, Sundog, Kiffygirl and pditty)))) And thank you again for your words.

Thank you Sundog. I am really hoping for more relief. And I think it will happen. As always, I so appreciate your words and your
wonderful

BlueEyes, Stress, fear etc goes right to my digestive system. So thats where it does damage. It triggers hyper pumping of acid which wreaks havoc on my body. I am hoping that someday this pattern will stop as quickly as it began.
Thanks for this!

Hi Sunset/Sunrise, I think anxiety is causing high blood pressure in my body. My doc says only sporatically but I'm not convinced. I'm still taking the ativan and it helps. Did you say you take a med for anxiety? It really helps. Have a Happy New Year
