Anymore when I'm around people or talk to people I get very panicky. It's not because I don't like them or anything, just afraid they'll hurt me or afraid that I'm a problem. My dad's gf has deemed me as a trouble maker...
I'm really not someone who comes around to create problems, but when I see something wrong I worry about it and keep it in till I can't keep it in any longer. I'm always afraid that I'm not liked and that I'm in trouble all the time. I'm also afraid that people are out to get me...it's really a scary place to be.

{{{{{Lexicon}}}}}}, I know that feeling well. Remember this: we teach people how to treat us. Here's what I learned to help me in those situations: as long as I put forth lovingkindness, am friendly, polite and a concerned listener, I can leave any social situation knowing that I was my best self. As long as I remember to think before I speak, especially if something like gossip or judgement is about to come out of my mouth, and I say something positive or neutral instead, then I feel confident that there is no reason why people would not like me. Try it, it really works! And remember too, that you are worthy of people's love and friendship.
