Hey everybody I suffer from panic attacks and social anxiety .I noticed when Iam having the panic attacks after that I get so very fatigued sleeping in bed and no energy does it causes fatigued panic attac.ks ?Merry christmas to all.

Yes, anxiety takes a lot of energy, especially if you try to push through it. I usually have to nap until my meds kick in and for a little while after. I also know that if I am tired I am more likely to have anxiety so it can be a never ending loop if I am not careful.
