I suffer from anxiety as well. I've heard that American's suffer from so many mental issues because of the lack of meditation. Maybe that will work? It doesn;t seem to work for me though.

Applesauce, I hear ya on the meditation front. I try but it doesn't do much for me either. I always wonder if maybe I'm doing it wrong or just am not good at it.

Well slap me silly! Looks like everything worked out a-ok without the drama I was expecting. It worked out a little differently, but still very acceptable.

I just need to learn not to get myself all worked up, huh? Now why didn't I think of that.

I'm feeling more relaxed tonight and hopefully can start making progress on getting the anxiety under control.

I'm very glad I found this forum....you guys have been amazing supportive to a noob. It's been very helpful and amazingly appreciated.

That's wonderful! I'm so happy things are resolved. I can only imagine the relief.

We were here to help but never forget, you did it, not us.

I hope you'll stick around as you work on the anxiety piece.
