Really anxious tonight

Not that there are clear reasons for it. I'm about to go out to church - which is something I am beginning to feel comfortable about, and I know I will have support there. Of course, it being Sunday and hence back to work tomorrow doesn't help. Wish management would just STOP harping on about the likelihood of an OFSTED inpection (I'm a teacher) as that only adds to the stress. I'm about to take some valium, I think. Positive vibes gratefully received.

Lots of tears at Church tonight. Very hard for me to hear all that was being said, because it was so positive. UGH. I hate being like this - two different people, the strong coping one and the falling apart one.

So so tired and mixed up right now. Mind you, the fact that for the second night in a row H woke me at 3.30am (when he eventually came to bed) and I didn't get back to sleep probably has a lot to do with that.
