Hiya ive been suffering with anxiety/ attacks for 2 and a half years now. as a resuklt im on here to help me through it . i've found some good tips if peeps want to pm me. all the best to u all X

im also here for new tips
i have anxiety but mostly at night-->causes insomnia.
