1. Give yourself permission to worry. Understand that everything passes, the situation will not kill you, and fear will only worsen the problem.

2. Ask yourself what is bothering you at this time. What kind of thought scares you?

3. Count this as to the excitement, and not as a concern. Excitement is natural and normal. This is a sign of attentiveness and responsibility.

4. Use positive self-talk. What we always think about, in the future can become reality.

5. Take a break. Use the energy of adrenaline for positive action. By changing the physical activity, we change the mental activity.

6. Learn to laugh at yourself. Laughter is the best psychotherapy.

Not so long ago I have started a new porject called Treat Depression. It's main goal is to help people to deal with depression and giving them everyday tips on how to live with it.
