when i was young, i was picked on a lot/bullied. in work, i seemed to get in trouble a lot. at home, it can be tense sometimes. I seem to worry more and more about the small things. I know i shouldn't be worrying about it, but it feels like i always have something on my mind. i really am a good, hard-working guy, but i just can't get rid of these constant fears. what can i do to minimize these acute fears of mine?

Welcome;

Anxiety is a bear isn't it? I would consider going to your family Doctor for some assistance. You might need some meds to relax you for a while. Sometimes when you get the worry and anxiety curbed you can kinda figure out what might be actually troubling you

Many of us here have anxiety disorders that do not go away. I hope yours might be a situational thing, but if it is not you are in the right place.(You are STILL in the right place either way!) This is a great place to find comfort and support!

Welcome to PC. Maybe start writing down your fears, I have found it does help sometimes. Has this been going on a long time or is it a new thing for you?
