Here it goes AGAIN!! Why can't it just go away,, so tired of living this way, of living in fear, tired of it all. Its like I have one good day to every 5 bad days.

I know the docs say I'm healthy,, why is it so hard to accept? Why if I am so healthy do I feel so physically ill, anybody feel this way? not again!!!!!
I feel like sometimes I am just going to go crazy...

Unresolved emotional pain will create physical illness in our bodies.... one needs to release the h*ll that hangs on to our mind in order to be truly healthy inside and out.

Good Luck.... check out this book - Feelings Buried Alive Never Die , by Karol Truman.

I don't think it's approperiate to call people a hypochondriac... Simply because they have panic/Anxiety attacks. I get called that all the time... I get so sick of tired of people calling me that i simply tell people now:

"hypochondriac, eh? travel inside my body and when ya come out... tell me how you feel?!"

I stay away from people who calls me a hypochondriac... their not worth my time simply because they have no desires to help me.

lostone,
I'm sorry how awful you are feeling. Anxiety is extremely distressing.
It sounds like the doctor you saw is not very good with mental health.
I would suggest that you see another doctor and ask about seeing someone who offers talking therapy. You should not be dismissed by anyone for this condition. It is disabling and distressing.
In the meantime see if you can find some coping stratergies.
You could try-
Distracting yourself by playing a card game, listening to music, something that you like doing to take your mind off it.

Slowing your breathing down, use a paper bag if you need

Relaxation, go and buy a tape and practice it every day.

Thinking of you.
