I have a 3-5 page essay due tomorrow for my Intro to Social Welfare class and I also have tons of assisignments to complete for my Math 10A class. Not only that I have a math test tomorrow too. When everything else gets so overwhelming my school work is the first thing that moves to the bottom of my priority list. Its been so overwhelming trying to stay on top of taking care of my health, such as having a doctor appointment every other day and having to change my medication. I'm now considering to drop a couple of my classes because its too overwhelming to have to worry about so many different things.

Sounds a lot to be dealing with.
Can you ask for an extension on your essay, or on your Math assignments? I am sure your dr would be willing to write and explain that you could do with a bit of slack right now.
Be gentle with yourself - sounds like you need to take a break and regain perspective and focus. Sometimes it helps me to list what I need to do and then prioritise. I even make the comment to others sometimes, "that job is no. 342 on my list. Which others do you suggest I drop to move it higher?"
