I have a 3-5 page essay due tomorrow for my Intro to Social Welfare class and I also have tons of assisignments to complete for my Math 10A class. Not only that I have a math test tomorrow too. When everything else gets so overwhelming my school work is the first thing that moves to the bottom of my priority list. Its been so overwhelming trying to stay on top of taking care of my health, such as having a doctor appointment every other day and having to change my medication. I'm now considering to drop a couple of my classes because its too overwhelming to have to worry about so many different things.

yikes...that doesn't sound fun. I used to hate it when things would get piled up like that. Thankfully I wasn't ill when I was in school. Really, all you can do at this point is pick your priorities and do one by one.

If you're going through med changes, I would seriously consider lightening your load...you need to be in a healthy routine before you try to take on a huge load. Make keep your good health your first priority...then everything else will be easier!

PS...Good Luck!

Yeah, maybe dropping a few classes would help. Sometimes the schoolwork has to move to the bottom of the pile, and you don't want to end up with a bunch of bad grades as a result. That can only add to your stress.

It sounds as if you are overloaded. I agree that dropping a few courses may be best for now...at least until you are more stable on your meds and everything.

Do what is in your best interest. I wouldn't want you to suffer just because your school load is too great. You need to be healthy to stay in school.

I think I understand what you are going through. I'm going through a mini breakdown right now because of my midterms. I've dropped a lot of classes over the 4 years I've been in university and I've even skipped exams. I've failed a lot of courses too. If you feel like you're not going to be able to make it through a course, it may be best to drop it. It will just take you a little longer to finish your degree.

If you think you will be able to pull the course off, it would be best to keep the class. I regret having dropped too many courses.

If however, you still feel overwhelmed, you should probably lighten your load and concentrate on your remaining classes.

I hope you feel better soon.
