I dont know why, but i get severely paranoid now when im in the dark, even if its a little bit of light shining through. heh. I cant go to bed at night now until like 1am, 2am..once in a while 5 after 5 am. not good considering i have school early in the morning. But its like im afraid to go to bed at night because im afraid that something is looking at me or near me. i get this akward feeling in me. :/
In school whenever were watching a movie or looking at the overhead projector, they turn off the lights so we could see alot better. I get really paranoid out of my mind, start constantly looking around and wondering because im afraid someones watching me, going to come after me, or something bad is there with me, yeahhh. its nervewracking. :[ ive been losing lots of sleep each night, then sleeping in school, im failing most of my classes now because i dont pay attention at all, cant even understand anything because im always wondering off thinking about something else thats bothering me or something else thats on my mind. My paranoia has gotten ALOT worse for me. Cant sleep, sleeping sometimes in school, getting paranoid when the lights go out where i have to sit by a window where theres light and i feel like theres a way out kinda lol, constantly thinking about the worst--letting it get to me most of all. heh. i dont know what to do really, what its linking too or causing. ill tell my doctor, but what could he really do for me, i dont know. heh. I'm constantly worried 24/7. I'm afraid if i even tell my mom, she'll be like: "ANOTHER THING to add to list, deb, right?!?!?!?!?!" and i really dont need that for this. this is irritating, annoying, scary and frustrating. Sometimes when im home alone i make a lot of noise because i get so paranoid i just want to scare something/someone away from me, i get terrified. lol. yeahhhh, its dumbbb. :[ what would you guys do if you were in my situation? what do you think this is likning to or causing?? thanks..deb

Sounds like you're feeling very anxious. Have you tried a soft light, or a night light? That way you can see what's going on around you if you want to but it's not so strong that it stops you from sleeping. And during the day, try having talk-back radio on so you don't feel alone.
