i just had a very mild panic attack at target !

i have been on klonipin now for a few days and it works wonderfully but i manage to keep my anxiety at low key with the help of god but today i went to the store with my sister and i started to get nervous and my eyes where bugging me abit i could'nt really concentrate on where i was going even though i was nervous i was surprised i was not scared maybe because of the meds anyhow i'm glad it was mild and i was able to just do things like a normal person again it will take time to heal but i'm positive it will happen anyhow on good news the whole family has started attending church again there has been a bit of peace and harmony for now in the house just wanted to let u guys know whats going on from my last post were i wanted to die i feel good now thanks for everyone's support love ya tons
