When ever on edge, I always either do yoga meditation or listen to aggressive music. When it gets really bad I punch a pillow or pretend I am beating on an imaginary person. When my body starts to tire down, then I get calm again.

Thank You once again to all to all of you who replied. I really appreciate them and will keep them in mind for future use. Finally I opened up truly about my issues with employment and what I am thinking. In next few days I have another assessment with different company to try and see if they can get me to a point where I can give volunteering, working a good go and not keep stop start getting no were ,like what I have been doing so far. I guess this is best way for me because hopefully this time I can get back to not being so stuck inside of myself and sensations in my body and finally get a step in right direction to get my life back on track. Will still be thinking of you all and wishing you all well with your own journeys.

I have had anxiety on some of my jobs. I've been going through a bad time for the past two weeks. I dread going into work tomorrow, but I am the only wage earner right now because my husband is laid off. My stress and anxiety comes from the fear of making a mistake, or the results when I actually do make a mistake. I think it comes from growing up with a mean father who was verbally abusive. I wish you the best, and maybe we all can find something that will help us.
