Somedays it's like my anxiety doesn't exist . I can go out with friends & do anything . Other days I can't leave my house.. Let alone my bed. Most of the time though , I'll go somewhere and then end up leaving because I freak out . For example, it was around my birthday... My best friend decided to take me to get a hair cut. I was fine the whole way there , but after five minutes of being in the beauty salon I started sweating & got light headed. As soon as I got into the car.. I was fine. There were not too many people .. & usually that is a major factor ..
How can I figure out what my triggers are? How do I evaluate that..?

Hi Glowiebird,
Have you seen a Therapist? They may be able to help you figure out what issues are triggering this. I think that the sooner you try to address the underlying issues or trauma (if any), that may be causing the anxiety/panic, the better off you will be. Wishing you the best! ![]()
