Have you ever just felt like something terrible is going to happen? That's how I feel tonight. Every noise makes my heart race, and sleep has forsaken me. I have checked the door locks, the kids, everything. I feel silly, but just can't shake it. This happens every now and again, and I hate it!

I guess this has to do with my anxiety. IDK maybe its paranoia.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I definitely know what you mean. It's not fun at all. At times like those you just have to take a minute and breathe.
