I drank coffee at 7:00pm. This is bad for me, because I won't be able to sleep. I don't sleep very well anyway.I usually stop drinking coffee by 3:00pm. I made iced coffee and just could not resist. Now I will pay the price. No sleep............

Turn off all electronics an hour b4 u wanna go to bed. Try breathing, yoga, tension relaxation exercises (u isolate an clench something eg your fist, your neck, your stomachs muscles, etc and then slowly relax while exhaling)

Coffee late in the day would do the same thing for me as well.

Well, for what it's worth to you, I don't drink coffee but I do drink tea and coca cola. Between the caffeine and severe restless leg syndrome I am up a lot. Trying to cut down on the caffeine before bed helps a bit. Good Luck!

Caffeine has an 8 hour half-life in the body. It takes 5 half-lives, or 40 hours, to completely be clear from your body. It doesn't matter how much you normally ingest; if you have caffeine daily your blood level will probably be fairly steady day or night.

I thought that I would be up all night, but it worked out and I actually slept. Pretty good in fact. I don't think I will have any coffee though. Just my luck. I would drink the caffeine and not go to sleep.
