My anxiety has been pretty bad lately. I've had chest pain from it since 3 pm yesterday. Not good. I haven't been able to sleep either.

Now I'm feeling a bit tired finally, but what's worrying me is that all of a sudden (it seems) it feels like my throat is closing up. I've been having a ton of heartburn all night, too. I just don't know what this would be...I'd never had it where it feels like my throat's closing up.

I'm not panicking or anything like that, either.

Please have this checked out by a doctor. You need to rule out the possibility of something physical being wrong. Try and get some sleep too, ok?

I'm hoping sleep will get you feeling better. But, if the symptoms persist, please do get a check-up at the doctor's, cause anxiety symptoms seem very similar to some physically-caused symptoms and you need to rule out that.
