I don't know what to make of it, I can be basically fine at home (still some tweaking with other things, but anxiety medication has been fine) - but if I end up getting admitted to a hospital (it was 3 times withing the past four years) after about 2 to 3 days I get absolutely paniced - I mean real nervous, breathing fast and heavy, heart rate increased, exc.

And I don't get why - It's for sure not thinking I won't ever leave alive - it's been for basically nothing stuff - well something if they say stay - but nothing that would make you even consider that was it.....

I would bring that up to your doc.

I know for me, when I had two surgeries last year, the anesthesia brought that on for me when they woke me up. Both surgeries...they woke me up like they do and I went spiraling right into a full blown panic attack for like an hour each time. Something with the meds they used to put me under apparently. Joy, so now that is in my file as they cannot use that perticular kind on me.

I was in the hospital last september. I went in thru emergency sunday late afternoon. By tuesday night I think it was, I just wanted to go home. They wake you up every hour literally. i couldn't use the facilities without calling for someone. They weren't going to do anything for me except send students in to push on my hands and feet. I was watching honey boo boo on tv which I can't do at home but really I was bored.

I know it's not a medication issue - at least this last time, the only medications I used there that I don't at home is IV Morphine, and IV Antibiotic. I have had Morphine pills at home, no panic attack, and I was sent home with an oral version of the same Antibiotic they had been using, and fine....It just seems to be something about just being there in the first place.....Now this last time I really was feeling quite weak anyway - but a few times before that, I even recal thinking - I really don't need to stay for this, I can more, and have, not a lot, but some energy, just start the IV tube, give me what I need, explain what to do, and I'll go home and do it. - But the most recent time, I know I wouldn't have had the energy until they said go home anyway, so....
But either way, Since I am sure it's not medications, I am lost.....
