Sitting at the bar, trying to psych myself up for a busy day. Not sucessfully, I must admit. there's a connection box in. the cabinet chirping. I am 2 minutes away from a complete panic meltdown & not sure what to do. Probably another xanax afternoon. Sigh. It kills me to do this to myself but if I don't work my family suffers. So here I go again. Wish me luck. I'm sure gonna need it.

Good for you! I always do better than I think I am going to, and feel good that I went to whatever it was I was panicked about.
Thanks for this!

All be it small, I still celebrate it as a victory. Don't get many of them these days. And I want to acknowledge how much the support I find here helps me find the strength to keep trying. This place is a true Godsend. Today was good, today is gone. Tomorrow is another one. From there to her there to here, from here to there funny things are everywhere. --Dr. Seuss
