And just let me cry on their shoulder. I feel so alone. I feel so many things I don't want to feel.

There's just so much ****
Going on in my life, and I feel like I can't handle emotions that normal people can. Plus, I spilled my guts last night about my eating disorder to my ex (the only person I've ever told other than my dr) and he hugged me and held me for awhile and made me feel so much better. But he told me that he still thinks about us and still wants me (keep in mind he cheated on me, and got her pregnant and is still with her) and its bringing on feelings that I had finally been free of. I want him to hug me again, but at the same time I hate him.

Think about it hard, JustWantToBeNormal ... sure there isn't someone you know who wouldn't let you hold on for awhile, and cry on their shoulder? Besides your ex, I mean! Seems that's justs adding to the woes.

I needed that a while back, & I realized one of my neighbors was a very good person, a pretty good acquaintance, knew I was having a tough time, and wouldn't misunderstand.

We didn't talk about anything. I felt much better, though, after that exhaustive cry.

I hope you can think of someone and, then, be brave enough to go to them.

Roadie

Emotions are tough. I agree that involving others might help you through the rough patches.
Be well. PG
