Hi:

I have been in a routine lately where its hard for me to get motivated in the morning. Once at work, it takes me awhile to focus. Things get better as the day goes on, but anxiety present most of the time in some degree.

On klonopin only at this point. Going to see a naturopath Doc next week. Anyone had luck with the natural approach.

Thanks,

PG

Some things I find helpful to lessen my anxiety at work. I do these things off and on:
1. Walk/Bike to work.
2. Arrive a little early and do a seven minute centering meditation at my desk.
3. Take a moment before entering the building to do a little prayer of gratitude for having a job and the good things about it. I usually end with "and may today be a good day".
4. Make a plan before leaving work the night before for the next morning. I will even write it out so it is waiting for me when I come in.
5. Plan a fun event for lunch or afterwork to have something to look forward to.
6. Remind myself to just do my best.
Thanks for this!
