does anyone else get panicy and unable to talk at the start of their session. and have to calm themselves down somehow. im not sure if my t notices as it all one the inside. but im thinking of mentioning it because it happens every time.

Great idea to mention it. It can still happen to me, after a long time in therapy. We have identified it as intimacy and fear issues, and have explored that together. But most important is talking about it in the moment, to see if we can identify what is causing that panic right then.

Yes. I get very anxious and somewhat nervous when I have to c my T.
I want to say the right things in order to make the session as productive as possible.

Don't feel that u r not alone and that u won't get the help u need. Don't let your emotions get the better of u and distract u from the reason u r seeking help. It's for u. Maybe u need to discuss how u realy feel with your T.

im going to try and not do it. i did put it on my cbt thought record. so maybe shell talk about it.
