Ever since I was a child, if I experienced deja vu or a dream like state, I would struggle to remember if something actually happened or if it was a "dream". These would trigger severe anxiety/panic attacks. It was the worst in junior high, but now as an adult, they are becoming a "trend" in my life all over again. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this, and if they have, how do you bring yourself out of it?

I have experiences with de-ja vu and with anxiety attacks, but not at the same time.
My exh moved into a home, a couple months ago, that is a serious de-ja vu home for me. It's been really interesting, everything that has been changing in my life. And that 'dream' I had, involving this home, back in the summer of 2007, really interesting how things are playing out. But, as far as anxiety attacks go. There's breathing techniques, etc that can be done. Sure you can find some online or work through with your therapist. And there are meds to help, if they are something beyond your control. |

I have the same problem. I feel like I can predict what will happen next during these times. It's really a scary situation
