The bf and I went to see Phantom today, it was wonderful. The show was great, enjoyed myself immensely.

I forgot about the crowds. There were so many people there, it was a full house.

We were heading outside to have a cigarette before heading off for dinner. It felt like the room was closing in on me, and I couldn't breathe. Almost like I was drowning.

I'm not going to give up theatre going again because I'm terrified of crowds, we're going to The Who on the 6th of October, I am not missing that.

I'm just nervous about the crowds, I've heard that rock concerts are worse for crowds.

Well rock concerts tend to be a little bit rougher but i dont think you have to worry about that! Concentrate on enjoying yourselfs, and try and relax! If you start worriying form now you are certain to have a panic attack when the time comes, due to the built up tension you would have caused!

Tell yourself that you are going to be ok, and who knows...
