I cant shake the feeling I have it ALL the time. Its bad enough I will go inside to constantly check on my dogs. Then after that I worry my husband will somehow find me and hurt the dogs and or myself. or that something is wrong with my service dog to be that's in training.

Hmmm. Have you talked to a therapist about this issue? (Do you really think your husband might hurt the dogs? Or you? That concerns me.)

I often tell my therapist she says its just anxiety but I can't get it to stop. I feel if my husband was to find my location he would hurt us he has in the past.

Some of it is unfounded anxiety but obviously you have good cause to be worried about your husband. That's probably the reason for all of the anxiety.

This husband thing sounds extremely troublesome.

Aziza, I'm so sorry to hear you're so worried. Like others here I'm wondering, do you think you're really in danger? Do you think he could find you? If so, are you in contact with anyone aside from your T who can help? There are many resources available for women with abusive spouses.

Stay safe. *hugs*
