So I believe I have OCD because I always do little obsessions, like turn on and off the lights, and I also do this weird thing with my hands and my PS3 controller, I also get obsessed with constantly checking the front door or stove making sure is off and locked, and I even have an obsession with side walk cracks, like I have to set on a crack with both feet, then I have to step on another crack with both feet, like I jump on the actual crak. Here's the thing with my compulsions and obsessions, it doesn't happen all the time. It sometimes happens randomly.

One obsession I seem I can't control is removing then refrained peopl on Instagram or Facebook . It's like when it gets in my head, I can't stop thinking about it and I really wanna do it. It's such a strong urge and I was wondering if its normal with OCD? It's definitely not the typical OCD habit so that's why I'm asking. I also become obsessed with people who don't add me on Facebook, like ill repeatedly send them friend requests cause it bugs me. Is that normal with OCD?

i can relate to this.

i have a VERY tough time with impulse control.

so once something gets into my head, no matter what time it is...i feel tense if i dont do it. everything from the urge to cook a certain food at 3 in the freaking morning to a door that's open that i just NEED to close.

i also fixate on things. my mind just repeats the same thing over and over and over and no matter how hard i try to redirect my thoughts or replace them with new ones...nope, still there.

ive never been diagnosed with OCD and i dont think i'm fully ocd, but believe i have some traits common to it.

I'm 100% like you. I obsess over certain situations that happen, I just think about it over and over. Like if my friend is mad at me, I will think over and over again about what happened. Like I wil rehearse in my mind the whole situation.
Thanks for this!

I relate to some of this. I think I have and/or had problems with impulse, or it's just my OCD.
