I left the house by myself today, it was only for a walk but still, I was so close to panicking and turning around to run back in my house but I kept going. I'm really happy about this I also was able to talk to a neighbor and then later made a phone call I needed to. I'm accomplishing a lot today

That is great news. Try to keep that good feeling in your mind. The feel good factor, it will help you so much. Like "I have achieved something wonderfull today and I feel good about it so I might try again tomorrow". Well done. Best wishes to you.
