I have dealt with GAD through most of my life. Last year i had a period of 6 months where i was miserable. It seemed to end this past September after being on Prozac for 4 months and some counseling. October up to yesterday have been great. Then yesterday something triggered it all over again. I have never felt so down. I feel defeated. Any thoughts, any ideas? Thank you

Hopefully, when you are further from the trigger situation you will calm down again. You might try some meditation or breathing exercises to help you get through. Are you still in counseling, if not you might want set an appointment with your couselor to catch this early.
