round and round anxiety goes....
many things are causing me to panic and be emotional lately. I've gone through these all before and things turn out fine. Is it maybe the combination because there is so many anxiety causing things all at once? It's awful. I feel insane. PMS insane. But that's not even it right now. Why is it always these same things that make me stressed and crazy??? I've been through them several times already. It always works out eventually. But it doesn't get any easier getting to eventually. |

Have you tried mindfulness? I have found that that helps. Or what about fidgeting a little bit?

Do you journal or see someone? It makes me feel crazy too. You are not alone there. It's always the same types of things for me too. What do you do to relax? It makes sense the same types of things would cause you anxiety. It can be a vicious circle. I understand it feeling irrational. That is the same with me too. I know there is really nothing wrong but the feelings are so overwhelming and then I panic. The nerves and what ifs. Cripes it is awful.

Can totally relate to how you feel and yes its always the same things going round and round, sometimes no matter how things turn out.
I agree that mindfulness will be a great benefit to you. I just got the twinges of anxiety starting up now and think I will practise some mindfulness now ![]()
