Those who have been reading my posts know that I'm terrified of dying. There's no more depression but at random times during the day, I just paralyze in fear when I think about how someday I'm gonna be dead. Seeing old people triggers it.

I also have a headache today and have had headaches almost all week. I don't know if the panic attacks are causing it or the fact that I haven't been eating well. Or maybe it's a reaction to the medicine I've been taking (trazodone) but I didn't take it last night.

I've taken the same med to help with sleeping, and it would give me a real whopper of a headache the next day. Even though you didn't take it that night, it can still possibly have a residual effect until it's completely out of your system.
Thanks for this!

Oh yes, the dreaded headache. I get them all the time from anxiety, along with other physical problems.
I think Trazadone can cause headaches.
Thanks for this!
