So I have been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety. But I keep getting in moods where I will feel so overwhelmed at the time I just don't know what to do with myself. It is like I feel like an alien. Like I need to go to space just to isolate myself from human existence. I totally don't understand my emotions at the time too and I stay really quiet. So it's like I will get really stressed, anxiety, agitated, annoyed, irritated, sad, overwhelmed and over thinking all at the same time like my mind will be racing. And I just won't know how to express myself so I stay quiet for a long long time until I burst and I get really angry, it's horrible. I just don't know what this could be. I keep getting in these moods a lot...

as i answered in your other post....i believe it is your anxiety, unable to cope with it, it is overwhelming you and making you experience all these emotions till you burst....when you get quiet, imagine peaceful relaxing things. hopefully that will help reduce your anxiety. take care.

I, agree, I believe it is your anxiety that is out of control. You might listen to some relaxation CDs when you are feeling okay and let them teach ways to relax when you get so anxious. Are you seeing a doctor or therapist? If not, it would be a good idea find one. They could help you the most. Be sure to call them soon and let them know what's going on with you. Best of luck.

I agree, anxiety can give you that overwhelmed feeling. You can do it, seek some help and also look at selfhelp sites

Anxiety can be horribly overwhelming, I can attest to that. Right now I'm screaming inside.
