So when i get anxious i get really impulsive and do things i regret. I just did something and I'm starting to feel like crap.. My friend told me to wake up my mom and tell her but i don't really know what to do.

Hello dftanymore, I agree with your friend, talking to your mom and telling her how you are feeling is an excellent suggestion. Your mom loves you and will want to help you.
