Since my doctor seems to think SSRI or Benzo is the only solution, I have branched out to various treatments on my own and have had lots of good results actually. I got an anxiety hypnosis MP3 I listen to about twice a day. I do lots of walks, meditation, and reading lots of great books on ways to help overcome anxiety. Actually, I just do anything I can that will help me get to my goal which is anxiety free!

I drink chamomile tea everyday and as I was searching for more tea to buy I came across this site where there is a free video and they sell chamomile tea with lots of extra bonuses. I watched the video and I have to say, that although I am usually skeptical, I don't think there is anything in that video I disagree with when it comes to dealing with anxiety.

Anyway, would you trust this company and would you recommend I try the Heal Anxiety Package they are offering?

Dealing With Anxiety | Anxiety Treatment | Anxiety Remedy

I am always worried before I buy or try anything new. Has anyone here used this and did you get any results? I emailed the company with some questions, but didn't get a response yet. When I do I will let you know what they say. I asked them about the quality, and how long it takes, is it safe, etc.

Supplements I have taken that I notice a difference are passion flower extract and chamomile tea.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks!

well it seems to be based on some sound theories, he is describing the science behind anxiety and panic and what can be done to reduce this...all things you can do with a therapist who specializes in anxiety. the thing is, you have to find a t who specializes in anxiety. I spent years with a t who didn't. went in session after session complaining about my anxiety and he hadn't a clue what to do for it. he just said I was an anxious responder. a lot of good that did me..lol. I see a better t now and am a lot less anxious. take care.

Thanks for the advice. Does your therapist do CBT? Is that actually necessary?

I wanted to report great results so far with this Heal Anxiety Package. I went ahead and bought it, and it came within a matter of days. It's been about 3 weeks and I have absolutely noticed a difference. I take the herbs, do the meditations, am reading the book by Amelina Linsdale, which is fantastic!, and I'm following his 10 step healing plan. I will report later how it goes, since I bought an entire 3 month supply, but so far, I feel strongly in highly recommending it to anyone suffering from anxiety or panic disorder. From where I started to now, it's night and day! I still have a bit to go, but the results are very noticeable. But it involves quite a bit on your part, you actually have to do the work, cant just sit back and do nothing. That is ok with me, since I understood this concept before I even bought it. If you are thinking of buying it though, please watch the video on the website first, so you understand what the goal is here and you can then decide if it is for you or not. It's a somewhat different approach than here take this pill and go home. I hope you get the same results I did. Here's the link. Anyway, it's a cool free video.

It's curious the company didn't email you back.

I've only tried breathing and yoga and therapy. Meds were last resort, still are my last resort.
