Want to be better and not worry about every little thing. Feel like a failure all the time. Cant accomplish things or get to the level I need to be. Everything sucks all the time.

Hi aprillynn197, are you in therapy? That may be something to consider. CBT is very helpful for anxiety. Do you have any good coping skills you can use? Journaling, listening to music, etc.

This is what I tell anyone struggling with anxiety...do deep breathing. That is my go to tool to cope when anxiety rises up. Have you learned about deep breathing in therapy?

Last month I started exercising and I feel sooooo much better. Just walking on a treadmill five times a week for 30 minutes.

I also use aromatherapy and that is very helpful.
